Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.13 per hour
Working hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm
HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a leading logistics company based in Markham Vale, Chesterfield (S43).

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation. Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading containers, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
- Accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
- Carrying out pallet inspections and quality checks.
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 6 months' warehouse operative experience.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to get to Chesterfield
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to carry out physically demanding duties.
Due to limited public transport links, candidates must have a reliable way of travelling to and from the site in Chesterfield (S43).
Successful applicants will also be required to:
- Pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening.
