Hrgo Doncaster are currently recruiting a Warehouse Administration Supervisor to oversee the administration function at a brand new site in Doncaster.The Warehouse Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day administrative duties in the Warehouse, providing leadership and direction to the team and to support to the management team in developing the service provided.Experience with SAP would be preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the internal administrative systems;
• Provide effective and efficient administration support;
• Supervise completion of monthly billing accurately and on time in conjunction with Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Provide information and reports on request to enable progress to be reviewed and identify trends;
• Ensure all team members are developed to be knowledgeable in all positions within the Warehouse function.
• Support Customer Service in managing customers when required.
• Support Warehouse Operations Manager in on-boarding new Customers.
• Any other duties as required for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
• Working Hours are flexible Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 am till 5 pm working on site
• Salary £24k plus up to £27 dependant on experience
