We are looking for friendly, professional Waiting Staff to join a busy hospitality team. This role is ideal for candidates with previous waiting and hospitality experience who take pride in delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming manner
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate effectively with kitchen teams
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Clear and reset tables quickly and maintain a clean, tidy dining area
Handle payments and operate the POS system when required
Assist with opening/closing and sidework tasks as directed
Follow all food safety, hygiene and licensing regulations
Provide attentive, proactive service and handle guest enquiries or complaints courteous
Candidates need to possess:-
Proven previous waiting and hospitality experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Comfortable working as part of a team and following direction
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Smart, professional appearance and reliable punctuality
