Job Tittle: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Salary: 20k-25k (based on experience)

Location: Office is based in Newhaven (first 4-6 months for Training will be based in the office - after training completed will be remote working)

HR GO are looking for a candidate with the passion and drive to train as a Recruitment Consultant for our client specialised in IT recruitment.

You will be Working as part of our small yet highly agile team, you will receive training to help them understand the role fully. Initially you will be focussing on candidate sourcing. You will learn how to correctly search the market for some of the most technically skilled candidates available.

• Someone with enthusiasm and drive. Recruitment is tough and you'll need to be organised, focused and tenacious in your approach
• A desire to deliver a professional service/experience
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak to people on the phone
• The ability to engage and listen to prospective candidates to fully understand their needs and to confidently discuss possible roles with them
• A methodical and structured approach to your work
• Excellent attention to detail
