Location: Eastbourne
Job Type: Full time/permanent working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Support the Recruitment Process

  • Agree recruitment / resourcing plan
  • Research and resource candidates to support the recruitment plan
  • Register and screen candidates in line with selection criteria
  • Maintain a pool of available, pre-screened candidates

CRM Management

  • Ensure that all candidates' details are entered onto the CRM system.
  • Ensure that candidates' availability is kept up to date
  • Follow direction regarding recording booking & vacancy information

Building and Maintaining Relationships with Candidates

  • Maintain regular contact with candidates.
  • Inform candidates of interviews, inductions, shifts and bookings.
  • Action and escalate as soon as possible any candidate complaint or issue.

Building and Maintaining Relationships with Clients

  • Respond to all clients enquires in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
  • Through research and speaking to branch colleagues, take the time to understand their business & the type of candidates they recruit.

Business Development Activity

  • Assist the branch in growing the business by assisting with and taking part in sales and marketing activities.
  • Be pro-active in seeking out leads for opportunities to do business with companies not currently using HRGO.


  • Accurately follow standard policy, procedure and documentation under the guidance and direction of Line Manager.
  • Record all relevant activity on the CRM system.
