HR GO Recruitment is a highly successful Recruitment Solutions Company providing a 1^st class service to a wide and diverse range of companies throughout the UK and we are looking to strengthen our Team in the Canterbury Branch. We are now recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant which would ideally suit a recent graduate or an individual who is looking to develop their career. This is a demanding and dynamic environment and the successful individual will be placing candidates into different sectors from commercial to industrial positions. The role will involve:

• Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
• Assessing candidates for suitable roles and assignments
• Running advertising campaigns across various media platforms which will include writing adverts and posting on social media,
• Carrying out detailed searches across various databases and job boards
• Presenting a shortlist of suitable CVs to clients and following through to job offer

We are looking for an individual who is:

• Confident and outgoing
• Ambitious, commercially savvy
• Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
• Excellent written English and IT skills
• Strong communicator
• Ability to build relationships on the telephone and face to face.
• Financially aware and success driven
