About the Role
As a trainee, you'll learn how to operate aprinting press and develop the skills needed to support the full print process. Over time, you'll gain the experience to:
Set up, run, and clear jobs according to a set production plan
Maintain a clean and organised machine area
Perform daily and weekly press maintenance
Operate independently or as part of a team
What We're Looking For
We're not expecting previous print experience - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, including:
A good standard of written and spoken English
Basic IT skills
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Team-focused and able to follow instructions carefully
Flexibility and reliability
Desirable Skills (or willingness to develop):
Colour matching and quality checking
Familiarity with in-house print equipment
Problem solving and attention to detail
A commitment to accuracy and safety
