Job Title: Trainee Customer Advisor - Sales

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, they work on two shifts which are : 08:00 - 16:30 and 08:30 - 17:00.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Learn about the features and benefits of products/services to effectively communicate to customers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge sessions to enhance your sales skills and product expertise
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the CRM system

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
