Principal Purpose of the job:

• Optimizing liquidity management: Conducting daily MM, CD, repo and other funding instruments to cover short/medium-term position shortage and optimize liquidity management to fund assets booking and improve market performance.

• Monitor LCR and other liquidity risk indicators and conduct regular liquidity and funding profile reporting and analysis work both for the local and H.O requirement

• Conduct EMTN issuance to raise long-term funding for stabilizing and diversify liability recourses also with intention to demonstrate our bank's competence as intra-group funding center and to present a positive image of the Bank.

• Maintain reliable and stable corporation relationship and renewing partnership with diversified banks, NBFIs, brokers to drive the growth and diversification of funding sources.

• Seeks alliances with other departments like CBD to boost corporate deposit

• Prepare reporting analysts and business documents and presentations as per requirement from management or H.O

Skills Required:

• In Depth knowledge of FX and MM, interest rate products.

• Cash Flow analysis

• In depth knowledge of trading platforms (Refinitiv FX Trading, Eikon and Messenger, Bloomberg)

• Ability to execute transactions with strong sales skills

• High degree of professionalism, time management and organization skills.

• Excellent business sense, ability to take initiative and enterprise.

• Up to date knowledge of internal and external Regulatory requirements

• Familiar with debt capital market and bond issuance process

Fluent in bilingual languages, including English and Mandarin - ESSENTIAL
