Trade Counter Assistant
up to £25000 per annum, +commission
HR GO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant for one of their long standing clients in Ashford.
Reporting into the Trade Counter Manager you will be responsible for providing a memorable service to new and existing customers.
You will be required to;
- Build and develop relationships with customers, suppliers and employees.
- Prepare displays for promotional events.
- Pick goods as an when required.
- Process orders on the computer system - must be computer literate
- Fulfil daily tasks set by the Counter Manager.
- Maintain a good level of product knowledge.
Ideally you will;
- Have knowledge of the Construction Market
- Have experience of working within a similar role/industry.
- Have experience within a customer service environment.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have a 'can do' attitude.
- Be able to prioritise your workload.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative.
- Have a degree of flexibility and be able to work additional hours if required.
