• Job Title: Finance and Data Assistant (Term Time Only - roughly 33.2 weeks plus 6 additional weeks)

• Location: Eastbourne

• Salary: £12.35p/h plus holiday pay - there is opportunity for ad hoc project development work within this role which would be paid at a higher rate of pay

• Hours of work: 40 hours per week 5 days a week

Finance and Data Assistant (Term Time Only)

HR GO Recruitment are looking for Part Time Finance and Data Assistant for Term Time Only. The role is integral to running an educational facility. The right candidate would be highly organised and effective, able to be compliant with GDPR and regulatory bodies and work with large amounts of data.

Mian Duties

• Maintaining and processing budgeting information and ordering

• To process academic data including but not limited to reporting pupils set list, data input into the prep school tracker as well as registration for GL assessments.

• Organisation of parental consultations both virtual and in person

• All secretarial and administration support required by the Senior Deputy head and Senior Leadership Team

• Make a positive contribution to the effective functioning of the school, playing an important role within the wider team

• Promote the visions and aims of school.

• Play a cover role in front of house duties in the absence of the Office Manager and School Secretary

• To work with and as part of the office team to ensure that the school is compliant always including GDPR.
