Temporary Receptionist needed for Busy Company in Belfast

Hourly Rate : £8.72 to £9.00 per hour

Our client, a well renown, highly successful Motor Group are seeking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist to cover Reception on Temporary Basis but also basic Admin duties. You must have at least 2-3 years recent Receptionist/Admin experience and have a mature approach. These are Part Time Hours

This role requires an individual with first class presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a friendly team. Working in a very busy environment you must also possess excellent multi-tasking skills.

This is a varied role including:

• Meeting and greeting customers

• Data entry; computer literacy is an essential requirement

• Answering & directing all telephone calls in a pleasant & professional manner

• To oversee that the telephone system operates efficiently

• Ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times

• General admin duties e.g. filing, typing, faxing, correspondence.

Candidates who do not have a solid Receptionist/Customer Service background and process excellent communication skills, with at least two year's solid experience will not be considered for this position.
