HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Specialist to join a well-established transport and logistics brokerage company based in Eastbourne. This business is part of a highly successful global network, with over 100 branches across the UK and more than 400 worldwide.
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company directors by organising and coordinating appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's services and solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and follow-up.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for the two company directors.
Keep detailed and accurate notes in the company CRM system.
Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar outbound sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Experience in the transport, logistics, or freight sector is desirable but not essential.
