Part-time Telesales Representative - Engineering Industry

• Location: Harlow, Essex - free on-site car parking
• Salary Guide: Pro-rata equivalent to £30,000 PA, (circa £15.00 p/hr), DOE
• Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time, 16 hours per week over 2 days.
• Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Flexibility on start finish times)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join established, busy engineering manufacturer located in Harlow.

This is a part-time role working 16 hours, two days per week.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling consumables to the double glazing industry through outbound calls and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the specified market segment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Identify and qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or sales role, preferably in the engineering industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Terms:

• £25,000 - £30,000 PA, Full time equivalent dependent upon experience.
• 16 hours per week over 2 days.
• Free on-site parking.
