You’ll support professional photovoltaic (PV) installers and partners across Europe with advanced solar, storage, and e-mobility solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver top-tier technical support via phone and digital channels for solar energy systems
Troubleshoot issues across a wide range of renewable energy products (e.g. inverters, battery storage, EV chargers, software portals)
Solve over 90% of queries independently using technical knowledge and troubleshooting guides
Support commissioning of systems and initiate device replacements when needed
Maintain detailed customer records and case resolutions
Continuously learn through hands-on training and expert-led sessions
