We are looking for a Team Leader to work a fast paced manufacturing company based in Cumbernaud

The objective of this role is to lead agency staff on the production floor, liaising with Team Leaders, Front Line Managers, and Agency Office Co-ordinators to ensure teams produce finished goods to the agreed specifications and standards.

Duties will include:

• Ownership and accountability of production agency staff
• Follow company procedures and processes
• Manage agency staff in line with procedures and processes
• Create a culture of Health & Safety awareness, good manufacturing practice, high quality standard, good housekeeping
• Good communication with regular briefs to team
• Building team effectiveness with production and agency office co-ordinators
• Monitor ergonomics working environments for staff
• Helping on production lines as and when required
• Liaise with co-ordinators regarding staff absence ensuring staff numbers are recovered efficiently
• Carry out process training

This Role could lead to permanent for the right candidate
