Job Title: Support Office Secretary/Administrator

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting a Secretary/Administrator to join their support office team between 25 to 30 hours per week. Hours will be worked over Monday to Friday, and this will be discussed at interview as they are quite flexible.
Our client offers a range of friendly, welcoming, and professional support services, including occasional day care, to assisted living providing the independence many of our resident's desire, through to specialist dementia care for those in most need of our support.
Day to Day:
This role will include variety of general administration and secretarial tasks, supporting the Senior management team and Trustees.
There will also be some reception and office management duties such as answering the telephone and procurement for all Head Office supplies and basic maintenance of equipment
Organising the annual programme of Trustee, SMT, Residents and any other meetings as required. This will include organising travel, accommodation, refreshments, minute taking, writing and proof-reading reports
Acting as liaison between the client and the CEO
The role will be a busy but rewarding one, you will need to be naturally organised and have the ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
You will need to have great communication skills and the ability to successfully prioritise tasks
This role will require occasional travel to our other sites throughout the south west and in Bromsgrove, so you must have the ability and willingness to travel.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced administrator/ secretary with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
You will need to have a high attention to detail, excellent people skills, experience with I.T and a positive and helpful approach. Ability to audio type would be an advantage.
