Job Description:
A growing international supply chain consultancy is expanding into Poland and seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver high-impact logistics and supply chain transformation projects. This is a foundational hire offering the opportunity to shape the company’s presence in Poland while working with major clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and logistics consulting projects
- Analyse client operations and design tailored, data-driven solutions
- Optimise warehousing, transport, inventory, and procurement processes
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to RFP processes and 3PL outsourcing strategy
- Collaborate with international teams and support local business growth
- Mentor junior staff as the local team expands
- Stay updated on trends in automation, systems, and logistics tech
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL operations
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years in a consulting or solution design role
- Proven track record in project delivery and client-facing environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and facility/network design
- Analytical mindset with financial modelling and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
- Willingness to work independently and help build a local presence
