HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Stock Control Operative to join a leading logistics and distribution business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term work and genuine opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out scheduled stock counts accurately and within required timescales
Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving inventory issues
Recording count results and maintaining accurate system records
Checking product locations, labels and bin accuracy
Supporting stock investigations and stock reconciliation activities
Confirming inbound stock reconciliations and manifest accuracy
Liaising with internal departments regarding stock queries
Clearing stock-related issues and exceptions within the warehouse
Working closely with operational teams to maintain stock accuracy
Following site procedures and stock control processes at all times
Requirements:
Previous Stock Control, Inventory Control or Warehouse experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT and PC skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and committed approach to work
LOP experience would be advantageous but is not essential
