We're hiring a Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK. You'll sell a standout product that transforms outdoor spaces-design-led, built to last, and part of a bigger vision for better public environments. This is a field-based, UK-wide role with flexible working and regular customer visits.
What you'll be doing
Winning specifications: getting products written into landscape and architectural schemes
Building your network with landscape architects, architects, designers, contractors and merchants
Owning your pipeline and pushing opportunities from first meeting to tender to contract award
Creating quotes and proposals, supporting tenders, and closing deals
Delivering CPDs/presentations and representing the brand at events
Keeping the CRM accurate and your activity on track
Working closely with internal teams to shape competitive, winnable offers
