Role Overview

HRGo Recruitment Ashford is working with Bank Farm to find an experienced Sous Chef for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
  • Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times
  • Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Stepping up in the Head Chef's absence

Package & Benefits

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Right Person Will Have

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie looking to step up
  • A passion for producing quality food consistently
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
  • A calm, organised approach under pressure
