Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times
Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
Stepping up in the Head Chef's absence
Package & Benefits
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Right Person Will Have
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie looking to step up
A passion for producing quality food consistently
Strong leadership and communication skills
A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
