HRGO are seeking a SME Account Manager for their client based in Dover. The successful candidate will be focussing on new business, and you will be targeting the SME market place for new business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Pipeline through Cold Calling
Handle RFI from lead generation channels Website, Inbound Calls, Social Media
Conduct Virtual Meetings with Customers
Lapsed and exisiting accounts to generate revenue streams
Work with Sales Manager to book meetings and jointly work on larger RFQ's
Key Skills
Has built PowerPoint presentations
Has used Excel for generating reports
Has used Teams, Zoom, Skype for Conference meetings
Experienced with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Minimum 6-12 months experience internal sales role.
Has worked on new business campaigns. Utilising tele-sales and Outlook to initiate contact to generate new business opportunities
Has a proven track-record of hitting KPI targets.
Be presentable and articulate.
Work within a structured team environment internal team/external and Senior Stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
A track record of working in the Parcel/Courier Industry or Logistics Internal Sales would be preferential
Other advantages would be Event Sales, Media Sales (Advertising, Social Media)
Experienced Sales people or candidates with Call Centre experience - handling customer enquiries.
