HRGO are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and reliable Security Officer to join their team in Dover.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the premises, monitoring CCTV, carrying out regular patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and the site at all times.
🛡️ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain site security.
- Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Control access points and inspect buildings.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate any incidents or disturbances.
- Complete accurate incident and activity reports.
- Follow emergency response procedures when required.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to visitors and employees.
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the site.
✅ Skills & Experience Required
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Valid SIA Licence is preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Strong observation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- First Aid certification is desirable.
- Good communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
