SITE MANAGER

MUST have proven site supervisory/management experience and be able to hit the ground running. This is a busy and incredibly challenging role, predominantly working independently, outside, on an incredibly busy recycling site.

Metal Ind exp would be amazing or WASTE Management Ind exp. The ability to effectively manage site staff consisting of crane and other heavy plant operators is essential

The role will require you to be the face of the business on port side, liaising and building professional operational relationships with the Authorities and subcontractors.

Managing the storage of materials delivered to ensure the stock meets the Authorities guidelines etc

So, if you are someone who likes to work outside, often remotely, in a busy, pressurised yard environment, this could be for you. It is a physically active role where you will be walking through out the site constantly.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

1. Formal health & safety training - NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupation Safety and Health or Managing Safely.
2. Team management with proven leadership and management skills.
3. IT literate.
4. Excellent verbal and written skills.

Mon to Sat 0700 1700 (earlier finish on Saturdays)
