About the Role: We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury interiors brand for a Showroom Manager to oversee their beautifully curated showroom in Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in premium retail, hospitality, or design-led environments to step into a client-facing role with a globally recognised brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the showroom is always immaculate and visually inspiring
Welcome and host clients, designers, and trade professionals with warmth and professionalism
Provide basic product information using brand resources
Capture visitor details and manage leads via HubSpot CRM
Log interactions and follow-ups accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Maintain showroom assets and product literature
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in showroom, retail, or hospitality (luxury or design-led preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
