Outline:

• All aspects of preparing materials for painting i.e., Removing Rust and Grease

• 3Powder coating and wet spraying.

• Manually shot blasting components in line with standard times to the right quality.

• Fault-find associated faults within the various powder coat stage processes.

• Competent interface of manual operations to semi-automated machines.

• Competent control and operation of fully automated machines.

• Ensure all health and safety protocol is practised and procedures followed.

• Loading and transport of material/components/finished goods.

• Support other departments when required.

Essential Requirements:

• Flexible to the needs of the business such as overtime.

• Read engineering drawings.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Good communication/organisational skills.

• Experience within sheet/metal machining process.
