Service Desk Coordinator

Temp - Perm


We're looking for a Service Desk Coordinator with strong customer service skills and an interest or background in plant or construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule workshop jobs and coordinate engineer workloads
  • Manage warranty jobs and claims
  • Act as the main customer contact (phone and face‑to‑face)
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate service records and job information
  • Handle customer queries and provide repair updates

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational ability and multitasking
  • Knowledge of plant, agricultural, or similar machinery (preferred)
  • Confident working with engineers and customers
  • Experience with cash or trade customers (advantageous)
  • Basic computer and scheduling system skills
