My client, whose Head office is in Bridgwater is looking for a Senior Electrician. This is a full time role and one that would be great if you are looking to progress and have more responsibility
The principle purpose of this role is the safe and effective delivery of electrical services to domestic, commercial and industrial clients across the South West.
This is a customer facing position which requires the role holder to act as site Foreman when on medium to large jobs, but also working alone on smaller projects including domestic calls.
Therefore, in addition to the technical expertise required for the role, it is imperative that the role holder is able to act safely, professionally and respectfully at all times, and to be able to make appropriate judgements and responses when interacting with customer representatives and supervising other engineers.
Ideally you will be:
GSCE standard of education (or equivalent)
Possesses a nationally recognised vocational qualification
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience following qualification, with evidence of high standards of technical capability
Able to demonstrate self as process oriented with a meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to work activities.
The applicant must hold relevant qualifications including 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 as a minimum, City & Guilds 2391 would be advantageous.
Experience working within domestic and commercial environments is essential, as well as being able to work independently or as part of a team.
YOU will be able to Demonstrates experience of leading small teams.
Able to instruct, motivate, coach and discipline team members, following company procedures where appropriate.
Demonstrates a professional and respectful attitude towards others, behaving in an honest, open and trustworthy manner.
Works effectively as part of a team, seeks guidance from more experienced team members to assist learning and ensure excellent service delivery.
Collaborates with others and shares ideas and information to achieve team or business objectives

For this the client is paying Salary: £31,000.00 - £36,000.00 per year
