HRGO are looking for a Sea Freight Team Leader, for a vacancy near Ashford, KENT

You will need to

• Liaise with customers, hauliers and overseas agents for day-to-day operations as the first point of contact.

• Updating customers on a daily basis, on sea freight arrivals and merchant haulier deliveries.

• Raising customers invoicing as shipments are delivered.

• Dealing with Port and Plant health, as well as port authorities and UK Border Force regarding any barriers to clearance of shipments.

Important Requirements for this position:

• Previous experience sea freight clearance is a must.

* Must be able to work efficiently in the MS suite of programmes, and other internal systems.

* Being able to work under pressure and to multi-task to meet deadlines.

* Have the flexibility to work overtime throughout busy periods.

* Must have excellent written and spoken English.
