Paid to teaching scale

This role is based in a Secondary School in Felixstowe - Experienced Science Teacher

HRGO Education are recruiting for a Science to start in September 2022 for a comprehensive secondary school based in Felixstowe.

For this position, you will need experience working in education with KS4 and KS5 pupils, an accurate understanding of the current curriculum, excellent subject knowledge in your subject field and up to date knowledge of the safeguarding guidelines.

You will join a welcoming, supportive and popular department within the school. Benefiting from long term leadership and experience, you will have guidance from outstanding senior management.

This role is open to experienced Teachers of Science and those just about to qualify and will be paid on the MPR/UPR and to scale. TLRs may be on offer to more experiences candidates.

Ideally you will have:

• A degree / PGCE / NQT status
• UK QTS or working towards UK QTS - NARIC & Overseas QTS will be considered with at least 1 year of UK Teaching experience
• Are confident leading a Key Stage 4 and 5 class including GCSE level
• Have good behaviour management skills
• Have a genuine passion for teaching children
