About the Project:
Comapny group IT is expanding in-house team of 12 SAP experts to support the crucial project supporting the company's digital transformation into SAP S4 HANA. This ambitious project involves replacing existing solutions and processes with cutting-edge SAP solutions, aiming for standardization, simplification, and enhanced efficiency. You will be working with colleagues form Germany, Sweden, Poland delivering solutions worldwide.
The Role:
As the SAP SD Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in adding efficiency within the dairy sales ecosystem. You'll be the go-to expert for technical guidance, championing design principles, and ensuring optimal sales solutions while keeping costs and resources in mind.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge: Champion creation and standardization as core design principles within sales operations
- Architect the future: Design and configure S/4HANA-SD, Sales & Service Cloud, and Variant Configuration solutions delivering agreed functionalities within budget and compliant with development/operations guidelines
- Guide the herd: Maintain and update relevant SD guidelines, flagging deviations from established principles and work methods
- Collaboration is key: Work seamlessly with internal and external partners to ensure progress, standardization, and sales optimization
- Decision-maker: Take ownership and contribute to key decisions impacting the project's sales aspects
- Team player: Actively contribute your SAP, technology, and industry knowledge to elevate team performance
- Driving force: Inject your expertise, leadership, and positive attitude to propel the project forward
- Embrace the standard: Advocate for "fit-to-standardization" and champion simplification efforts within sales
- SAP experience: Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP's SD modules, Sales & Service Cloud, Variant Configuration, Subscription Billing (advantageous), best practices, methods, and tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years: Proven experience in a similar senior role, demonstrating in-depth expertise in S/4HANA-SD, Sales & Service Cloud, and Variant Configuration
- Beyond the core: Additional experience in Subscription Billing will be highly regarded
- Greenfield advantage: Experience in greenfield implementations will be highly regarded
- Business-minded: Genuine interest in business processes and their optimization, particularly within sales and distribution
