As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to join their team.
As a Sales Order Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will deliver outstanding customer support by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Please note: Due to the client's location, a full UK driving licence is essential.
📦 Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
☎️ Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
🤝 Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
🚚 Coordinating with internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
🗂️ Updating and maintaining customer records in our database.
🖥️ Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the sales team as needed.
✅ Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred but not essential).
✍️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
🔎 Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with order processing systems is advantageous (training provided).
