HR GO are looking to recruit Sales Office Supervisor for their prestigious client based in Pallion, Sunderland.

Our client is a well-established Compressed Air Filter Element manufacturer, and we are looking for a Sales Office Supervisor with prior experience managing a small team. The candidate will be responsible for an internal sales administrator and will liaise with the senior management team & production supervisor.

Duties as follows:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and support by responding in a timely, professional & friendly manner.

  • Sales Order Processing using Sage 50C Accounts.

  • Answering of email and telephone enquiries.

  • Strive to develop a solid understanding of Tiger Filtration's product and customer base.

  • Cold Call/Prospecting & Lead Qualification.

  • Maintenance of ISO9001:2015 internal audit systems.

  • Conduct daily morning briefings with the internal sales team covering the following:

  1. Previous Sales/Invoicing figures

  2. Previous days review, issues, points etc.

  3. Production delays effecting open order dispatches dates

  4. Purchasing delays for finished products from any key suppliers potentially effecting open order dispatches dates

  5. Invoicing issues, errors made, carriage costs to be added

  6. Technical Issues

  7. A.O.B

  • Attend weekly sales meetings with Senior Management.

  • Act in a supporting role to senior management where needed.

  • Liaise with accounts & senior management for various customer terms/issues.

  • Courier booking/meeting with their respective bodies.

  • Actioning credit notes and FOC replacements.

  • Working with selected targeted accounts to maintain excellent relations, ensuring continuous sales/targets are achieved by producing and supplying sales reports and recording such data against the customer's records.

  • Recording, documenting, and resolving CCA's (Customer Corrective Actions)

  • Actioning of Credit notes.

  • Take joint responsibility for future sales targets/budgets.

You will also be provided with a company laptop and mobile.

Working Hours

8:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday and 8:30-16:00 Friday

Salary - £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience
