Salary: 27k-30k DOE + up to 40% of your salary in commission

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

The Role:

  • Generating qualified appointments for the New Business team
  • Speaking with key decision-makers within target organisations
  • Qualifying leads and updating CRM systems accurately
  • Following up marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
  • Sourcing and pre-qualifying new business opportunities
  • Maintaining an organised and up-to-date customer database
  • Scheduling meetings effectively for the sales team
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly activity reporting
  • Sharing competitor and market insights with the wider business

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within telesales, lead generation or sales
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within a high-volume sales environment
  • Good IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
