Sales Development Representative

Are you working in an Account Management role or Office based Sales environment and looking for a new challenge?

Our Client who are based on the outskirts of Canterbury are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

• Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate from MQL to SQL to Booked Orders

• Hit and exceed targets

• Work closely with Sales Management to ensure smooth distribution and handover of SQLs

• Manage live inbound contact channels via Sales phone calls and Website chat

• CRM management

Previous office experience ESSENTIAL. French OR Spanish also ESSENTIAL. PC Literate.
