Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and letting properties, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Actively network and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and guidance.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Ensure comprehensive and accurate property listings online and offline, driving maximum exposure and interest.
Manage a portfolio of properties, maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and lettings within the property sector.
