Super local company require an additional Sales Advisor to join their team. You will be an ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys working in a vibrant team environment.

You will be required to quote and sell insurance policies across a range of products, whilst maintaining exceptional quality and complying with FCA and TCF guidelines, within a fast-paced environment.

Full training & coaching will be given if you do not have industry experience.

£18500 is the starting salary, plus an uncapped bonus scheme will be in place. Also the company provide access to an employee benefit scheme and ongoing training throughout your career with us.

Realistic OTE of £25k - £35k depending on performance.

• Dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion and flair for sales
• A positive outlook and a clear focus on both high quality and business profit
• Ambitious, responsible and accountable
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick thinking while still following set guidelines.
