• Working hours/days: Monday to Friday (07:15am - 16:15pm & 08:00am - 17:00pm).

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join one of our clients based in Rotherham. You will be joining a family feel team who focuses on delivering exceptional service to their customers. We're looking for an ambitious money hungry individual, who is not shy of a challenge.

General duties of a Sales Advisor:

• Proven experience in sales roles beneficial, but not essential. Must have excellent customer service skills; confident in managing customer interactions via email and telephone.
• Strong relationship-building skills, able to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers, colleagues, and industry partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and capable of performing basic mathematical tasks.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and driven, with a results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to implement new processes and adapt to changes in systems and procedures.
• Confident, professional demeanour in communications and financial transactions; exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to embrace the varied and changing demands of the role, maintaining high standards and a 'can do' attitude.
