My client is a nationally recognised automotive business with numerous site across the country. They are looking at add an experienced Sales Administrator to their sales team as soon as possible.

Duties include:

• Supporting the sales department in daily controls
• Working alongside Accounts, Service and Parts
• Support the smooth running of the sales office
• Cash handling / banking
• Stock checks
• Processing of purchase and sale of new, used and fleet vehicles
• Ordering, Taxing and invoicing of all vehicles
• Debtors reports
• Monitor funding system for Manufacturers
• Other day to day office duties such as post and housekeeping

About the candidate:

• Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry preferable
• Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience of using Kerridge/CDK would be advantageous
• Competitive salary - depending upon experience

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with 30 minute lunch break
