• JOB TITLE: Restaurant Supervisor

HRGO Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our restaurant for a boutique hotel in Alfriston.

The restaurant is open everyday to the public as well as hotel guests for breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and dinners so flexibility between different shift patterns is required.

• Full time position including busy lunch and dinner shifts mainly.
• You must have proven experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or a fast paced hospitality business.
• Personal license and wine knowledge is a plus, but all the training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Duties will include end of the day cash ups (when needed), dealing with customers and basic shift running.

On top of your wages you can expect cash tips and service charge (this is added to every bill and shared between staff)

Due to our location own transport is a necessity
