Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
Lead, inspire, and support a team of dedicated care staff to deliver exceptional care.
Develop and maintain personalised care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to optimise service delivery.
Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders to promote high standards of care.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Manager who has:
Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in care.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent is preferred.
