Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic accounts within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and account management with hotels and luxury resorts, and the ability to build deep, long-lasting relationships that deliver measurable revenue and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin and market share targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, luxury resorts and other hospitality clients
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact and trusted advisor
  • Forge and nurture senior-level relationships with hotel owners, general managers, directors of sales and procurement teams
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts that drive profitable growth
  • Maintain an active pipeline, forecast accurately and report sales performance to leadership
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, operations and product teams to tailor offers and deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings as required

Required skills and experience

  • Demonstrable success in business development and account management.
  • Strong relationship building skills with a track record of winning and retaining strategic hospitality clients.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging at C-suite level
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory and to attend industry events
