Refuse / Recycling Bin Collectors

Our South Cambridgeshire client CB5 is seeking enthusiastic refuse loaders/ recycling operatives for a large waste management company.
Capable of working together in a team to ensure workload is completed in a timely fashion .
This key role projects you into a high performing and custom focused waste collection service.

As a available applicant you be required to work a 4 day week ( No Fridays )
across Tuesday to Friday - 37 Hours ( 6am to 3.45pm )

MUST BE ABLE TO START INDUCTION ON MONDAY 4th MARCH

Job Requirements:
* Manual handling capability
* Working outdoors in all weathers
* Operating as part of a team
* Completing and applying the job specific training

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake the collection of wheeled bins and other waste/ recycling as instructed in accordance with the service levels
* Team act as reversing assistant as required
* Ensure effective communication with team driver, colleagues and customers
