The Role
Winning and developing new business
Managing client and candidate relationships
Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
Managing temporary/permanent vacancies
Negotiating offers and rates
Achieving and exceeding sales and GP targets
What We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience in a 360 role
Strong business development skills
Target driven and commercially focused
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
