HRGO Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a profitable desk. This is a highly sales‑focused role for someone who thrives on business development, targets, and long‑term relationship building.
The Role
- Full recruitment responsibility: client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placements, and account management
- Proactively win new business and build lasting client partnerships
- Build and grow a profitable desk across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
- Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets
- Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance
- You won't be stuck behind a desk 5 days a week, expect client visits and time in the field
About You
- Proven recruitment experience, or a strong sales/business development background
- UK driving licence required
- Confident, target‑driven, and commercially minded
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to build something of your own
