Due to expansion within our team, HRGO Recruitment Upminster are recruiting for an experienced recruitment consultant to work on a temporary sales desk - coverage from various industry backgrounds would be ideal. (Commercial/Industrial/Soft FM etc.)
Covering both London & Essex locations, whilst based at Upminster.
You will be responsible for developing your own desk, attracting candidates for jobs, and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
Build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of your client's recruitment needs and requirements, identify prospective clients, converting those prospects into actual new business. consistently growing your desk.
Key skills:
To meet and exceed gross profit (GP) targets for Temporary recruitment in
accordance with agreed performance standards.
