Recruitment Consultant

Salary/Benefits:- £20-30K per anum +Bonus, 31 days holiday including stats increasing with service, Pension, Life Assurance, Lap top, Mobile Phone

Hours 8.30-5.30 Monday - Friday

Due to a continuous period of growth HRGO are currently looking for a consultant to join the team in our new Wakefield branch.

We have a strong existing client base including national clients such as G4S, Royal Mail, NHS to name just a few.

Situated in the heart of Wakefield we are recruiting for an experienced Consultant with a proven track record of working in a front-line business development role and achieving personal revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing an established and successful temp desk and developing the temp desk further by pro-actively marketing our services to win new business.

PERSON SPECIFICATION To fulfil this role the post holder must be influential with the drive to succeed. As well as being assertive, and efficient. The ability to negotiate, sell concepts and ideas and be able to build strong candidate and client relationships is essential. The post holder will enjoy challenging situations and have the initiative to act upon sensible business reasoning within the Company's framework.

Knowledge & Skills: -

• Understanding of the recruitment sales cycle, formulating and implementing a sales strategy by sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills especially in the areas of communication, persuasion and presentation skills
• Sound understanding of economic, political and social issues
• The successful candidate will have a full driving license and own transport
