HRGO Dover are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to support the Branch on an Industrial, Temp desk.

The successful applicants duties will include:
Recruiting temporary workers within very short time frames, ensuring 100% compliance
Speaking to clients on a daily basis, ensuring maximum client satisfaction
Business Development, Outbound sales calls and identifying new business leads
Payroll and administration duties
Out of hours on call service, which will be shared with the Branch
Dealing with face to face candidates and interviewing for suitable roles
Maintaining Key Accounts
Maintaining up to date records
Taking & transferring calls
Writing and publishing job adverts
Person Specification:
Excellent IT skills
Strong customer service skills
Team player and able to work under extreme pressure at times
Comfortable with sales and business development
Flexible and willing to work outside regular office hours when required
Full clean licence and own vehicle
Ability to multi task and prioritise own work load
Excellent administration and compliance experience
Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, however due to the nature of the role there will be times when you are required to work outside of these hours
