ROLE: Permanent Recruiter

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: Based on experience + Commission

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a trainee or experienced recruiter to grow a desk and join our friendly team. You will be working for One of the UK`s Leading Recruitment Agencies.

You will be working with a team of Recruitment Consultants and meeting both targets and deadlines, finding suitable applicants for available job roles. Talking to suitable applicants about live job roles.

Job Description

• Identifying and developing client/business relationship
• Source, develop and retain candidates from adverts / job boards
• Book candidates into required booking using our CRM system (training provided)
• Generate candidates from multiple sources
• Write engaging job adverts that attract candidates to the opportunities
• Highlight trends and identify market insights into recruitment challenges and identify opportunities for development
• Managing national's client account
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice

Who we are looking for!

• Experience preferred but not essential - we would ideally be looking for someone with experience in ideally Recruitment / Resourcing or Account management, Estate Agency or Recruitment / Resourcing, anything with Sales involved
• Friendly and able to work in a team as well as independently
• Quick learner and willing to learn
• Organised and resilient
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Hardworking and reliable
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Will thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and able to multi-task
• Computer literate
