Recruitment Co-Ordinator (On-site)
Due to continued growth, HRGO Norwich has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join the team.
The role will be based on-site at one of our client's premises based near Diss.
Duties will include:
Recruiting and registering candidates to work at the client's premises on varying shifts to suit the needs of the business.
Overseeing Right to Work paperwork and all other compliance paperwork
Building relationships with the client and departments within the business and on-site candidates.
Managing our internal Recruitment database
Working closely with the payroll team
Generating advertising campaigns to recruit suitable candidates for the business.
The ideal candidate will be confident with administration and IT systems and have an eye for detail. You will be an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is able to speak to people at all levels.
